Notice of Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the BC Tuna Fishermen’s Association will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, for the following purposes:
1. To approve the minutes of the March 6th, 2020 annual general meeting (minutes attached to this message).
1. To receive the financial statements of the Association for the 2021 financial year.
2. To receive the report of the Directors/Executive Director.
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Due to COVID-19 the BCTFA 2021 AGM will be an online virtual meeting. BCTFA members can participate online or by telephone. Members are encouraged to join the meeting using their computer, tablet or smartphone so they can view the online presentations.
Members will identify themselves with their VPN numbers to log in. Please have your VPN number readily available to facilitate log-in process.
